Special Immigrant Juvenile Status 
 

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) is available for certain individuals under the age of 21 who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents. Our office will represent you in either probate court or family court to obtain the necessary state-court order establishing SIJS.
